Who is the Five-Oh Coffee Company?

The Five-Oh Coffee Company is owned and operated by active law enforcment officers who are determined to provide you, America's finest, with the finest coffee available anywhere. We are also service disabled veteran owned/operated. Our secondary mission is to provide charitable support to law enforcement centric groups and causes via proceed based donations. 

Shipping

  • When is my order shipped?

    Generally we will get your order shipped out within 48-72 hours depending on order volume and the roasting/packaging process. Sometimes we do get bogged down due to order volume and it may take longer.

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

    We ship by using the United State Postal Service and Fedex. 

  • Where is my order?

    Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number with all of the information you need. This will tell you where you order is in the pipeline, and when you will get your awesome coffee. 

  • What are the shipping rates?

    Shipping rates are a flat rate of just $6, with free shipping for all orders over 2 bags. Members get free shipping on their orders. 

  • Do You Ship Worldwide?

    Yep. Everywhere. Anywhere. Everyday. And twice on Sunday.... just kidding they don't ship on Sundays but we would if we could. 

  • Will you ship to an APO address?

    Of course! Being veterans we know the value of a cup of coffee in the field or in garrison, and how much MRE coffee just doesn't cut it. Our troops deserve a good cup of joe. 

  • How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

  • Unless you catch us within 24 hours... you'll be out of luck since we process and ship orders quickly. If you did goof up on your order let us know ASAP via the messenger on the site. Messages are routed to our Facebook page which is monitored virtually 24/7 since we are active law enforcement and schedules are more guidelines than hard and fast rules. We see them and reply almost in real time. 

  • How do I return an item/receive a refund?

  • Not happy with your Five-Oh Coffee? Message us first! We will do our best to make it right for you. If you're still not happy we will arrange a refund and return. Funds will not be returned until we receive the product. Once a return is initiated you will receive an email from us with further instructions.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club debit and credit cards.

  • How do I edit my subscription?

    Need to make a change to your Coffee Membership? Follow the steps below:

    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Under "Account Details" select "Manage Subscriptions".
    3. Select the "edit" option.
    4. Once you have made the edits you like, click submit and you will be all set.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    When you would like to discontinue your subscription (seriously... you don't like coffee showing up on your doorstep?!?!):

    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Under "Account Details" select "Manage Subscriptions".
    3. Select the "Cancel" option.
    4. Confirm you want to cancel the subscription, and submit.

  • Where can I buy Five-Oh Coffee?
  • You know the website you're currently on? That's it for now. Retail locations "may" be in our future but that's a long ways off. Trust us.. we will let you know when that happens! 
  • Is my credit card safe to use on your site?

    We utilize Shopify Payments and PayPal for order processing. We do not store your card information on the site and your info is secure.

  • Can I return or exchange my order?

    Sure. Shoot us a message on through the message app on our site and we will work with you to make sure you're satisfied.
